Helpful Tips -
August |
1. Any leaks found in the kitchen and/or bathroom sinks
2. Any notice of standing water on the floor, or noticeable water marks on ceilings/carpets
3. Any water noticed around the base of the refrigerator
4. Any notice of running toilets (you may hear a constant water cycle when in the bathroom)
5. After using any water source, make sure the handle is turned tightly to the OFF position – report to the leasing office, any notice of handle not remaining in the OFF position
6. Any scalding hot water
7. Any lack of hot water, when turning on hot water handle at sinks
8. If servicing the plumbing, hot water heater, or in-unit submeter, please report any found leaks to the leasing office
9. If servicing HVAC systems, report to the leasing office any noticeable need for air filter changes |

Donate a Toy! -

Royal Gardens will be joining NJAA's Annual toy drive. This event is to benefit less fortunate children. We are looking for NEW unwrapped toys and games for girls and boys ages 5-12 years old. Please no stuffed animals, clothing or used toys. Please bring your donating gifts to the leasing/management office, No later than December 6, 2009.

Coloring Contest -

For our little resident... we will be hosting a coloring contest for ages 2-5 and 6-11. Color in a turkey. The judges will chose the winner from all the entries and the winner will be notifyed by phone of their winnings. The winner will receive a gift card. Come into the leasing/management office to pick up your picture. Per your child's age. |

Toy Drive -

Our community is joining with the NJ Apartment Assoc. to support the 12th Annual Children's Holiday Party and Toy Drive. Toy donations will be accepted in the Leasing Office now thru 12/6. Toys should be new, unwrapped, and for children aged 5 to 12. No stuffed animals or clothing donated, please. Electronic toys are always a big hit. Children will receive your donated gifts at the NJAA Children's Holiday Party on 12/14. Please give a child a toy this holiday season. Thanks for your generosity! |

Food Drive Success! -

We want to thank everyone for their contributions to our food drive. With your help, Home Properties collected and donated approximately 8,000 pounds of food and hygiene items! Your generosity was fantastic and sincerely appreciated. The food banks we partnered with were incredibly grateful for your willingness to give and assist those who are less fortunate.
